• Some features consume usage units (“tokens”) that are included with your plan or one-time purchase. Tokens are a part of the service itself — they are not a currency, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• All sales of subscriptions and digital goods are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Ensure you understand what you are purchasing before completing a transaction.
• Prices, plan contents, and availability of digital goods may change without notice. Changes never reduce tokens you have already purchased.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. BotForVU does not see, store, or have access to your full payment information.
• Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid transaction issues.

• No fraudulent activities or chargebacks.
• Do not share, resell, or distribute purchased subscriptions or digital goods without permission.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

All digital goods and content offered through the service remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

• The service and all digital goods are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
