Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of subscription plans and digital goods made on botforvu.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

All products sold on BotForVU are digital. Access to subscription features and usage units (“tokens”) is delivered to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed.

• Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• If a purchase was not delivered to your account, or something you bought is not working as described, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase and we will fix it or make it right.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be issued to your original payment method through our payment processor.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us on our Discord server.
• After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly on our Discord server. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
